Welcome to PhysicsClasses.IN (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
PhysicsClasses.IN provides professional offline and online coaching for CBSE Class XI and XII Physics. We also provide high-quality learning resources, study materials, technical diagrams, and calculators designed to help students master Physics concepts and prepare for competitive exams.
4.1 Trial Class Policy: We provide trial classes to allow students to experience our teaching methodology before formal enrollment. If a student decides not to join the institute after attending trial classes, no fees shall be charged. However, if a student chooses to enroll, the trial classes are counted as the official start of their curriculum. The first month’s fee will be calculated from the date of the first trial class attended, not the date of formal admission or payment.
4.2 Monthly Invoicing: All invoices are generated on the 1st of every month and must be paid by the 10th of the same month. Payments made after the 10th will incur a late fee of ₹100 per day until the balance is cleared.
4.3 Attendance and Fee Obligation: Attendance or absence from classes does not exempt the student from paying the monthly fee or late charges. Fees are charged for enrollment in the course, not on a per-class basis. Failure to pay dues within the stipulated time may result in suspension from classes until all dues are cleared.
Students with overdue payments will be marked as inactive. Re-enrollment will only be permitted after full payment of pending fees (including late charges) and a rejoining confirmation from the institute.
If a student discontinues classes without prior written notice before the start of a new billing month, the full monthly fee remains payable. Withdrawal or non-attendance does not cancel the financial obligation for that billing cycle.
Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect instructors. Any misbehavior, disruption, or repeated absenteeism may lead to removal from the class without a refund.
8.1 Leave Policy: Students must inform the teacher at least 2 hours before the class starts via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone call. Informing after the class does not qualify as an approved leave.
8.2 AWOL (Absent Without Leave): Students marked AWOL will not be provided with extra/backup classes or reteaching of missed concepts.
8.3 Extra Classes: Extra classes are provided solely at the teacher's discretion based on availability and valid prior leave. Short recaps or doubt-clearing sessions are prioritized over complete chapter reteaches.
All content—including text, images, technical physics diagrams, and logos—is the property of PhysicsClasses.IN and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Official communication, including fee reminders and schedule updates, will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. It is the student’s/parent's responsibility to keep contact details updated.
PhysicsClasses.IN shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee all materials are error-free.
By enrolling in our Physics classes, the student (or parent/guardian) confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
