At PhysicsClasses.IN, we strive to provide quality education and transparent processes for all students. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
2. Class Enrollment
Once you register for a course and make a payment, it confirms your seat for that particular batch. Each registration is associated with a specific class schedule and student name, and is non-transferable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email within 48 hours of registration. (The 48-hour window is valid only if the classes have not yet commenced.)
- After classes have commenced (including the attendance of any trial sessions that lead to enrollment), no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- In special cases (such as medical emergencies), requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the management.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Trial Period & Fee Calculation: Prospective students may attend trial classes. If the student chooses to enroll, these trial classes are counted as the official start of the paid billing cycle. Therefore, the first month's fee covers the period starting from the first trial session attended. No refunds or prorated adjustments will be made for these initial sessions.
4.2 General Terms:
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable as seats and resources are reserved specifically for the enrolled student.
- If a student withdraws before the start of any classes (including trials), a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges of 1%.
- Students who discontinue classes mid-month or after the billing date are not eligible for any refund, adjustment, or waiver of the monthly fee.
- Absence from classes, personal reasons, or non-attendance will not be considered grounds for a refund or fee adjustment.
- In the unlikely event of class cancellation by PhysicsClasses.IN, full refunds will be issued to the affected students.
5. Mode of Refund
All eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Students will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
